• Payment is due at the time of order for prepaid orders
• Cash on Delivery orders must be paid upon delivery

We endeavor to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Shipping costs for returns of defective items are covered by us
